Bitdefender Won't Show & Hacking Program

OK. since last month, my bitdefender wouldnt show up. it says its active, and in task manager, i can see "gziface.exe," but if i try to click bitdefender or right click, nothing happens. I have to repair it in control panel to open it ONCE. and when it opens i click full scan, then it says "C:\," then turns off, and i don't know if there is any protection at all. If i scan something, i cant even see the results

since yesterday, almost all games i have is kicking me out. the game's hackshield is saying "error code 0x005645230" or something like that and says i have a hacking program installed 
, and i cant play it anymore. (two games are from Nexon.net if that helps). i googled it to see what is happening and figured out that it might be the bitdefender that is denied from it.
can anyone help?
