Help Bitdefender Total Security

Guys i need help. with bitdefender total security build 1.7.23.0.996

after the last update that required reboot. every 30m or so i find my laptop Almost hangs or freeze because of a lot of writes on the disk when i check in resource monitor i found a lot of Bitdefender processes doing alot of writes to the disk like smartdb-ntfs.db and malware scanner .

i dont really know what to do and the only thing i always hear from Support is reinstall bitdefender which i will not do again this is the 4th issue since i got this software and i am starting really to dislike it . 4 issues in 4 months i hope this year finishes soon.

any way that's why i came to the forums i hope some might help.
