I do not why I am getting a error message after I reformatted my PC from Widows 8 to Windows 7 Ultimate PRO. This is what I am getting error code:-1017.


I get that every time I try to do a update with my Total Security 2013.Can someone help cause I still have 384 days left on it. :(
