How To Stop Emails From .ru .de .nl Etc

I have Total Protection 2014 and have Anti Spam enabled on a Win7 system. Our email server is Microsoft Exchange.

I have added .ru .de and many others to the domains to stop but it does nothing. I keep getting spam/phishing emails from these extensions (20+ per day)

eg warmheartedw62@m2m-t.ru

How do I stop these coming through ..
