Profile Missing After Safepay Bsod

I just had a BSOD with my internet security 2013. I had applied the Hotfix posted in this forum a couple weeks again & no problem till now.

After the memory dump my log in profile will not let me log in. It states system32\config\systemprofile\desktop is unavailable.

I am able to log in to SAFEMODE but I can not get any functions of windows to work. I cannot create another profile. The option is there but will not respond.

I am able to log into the admin profile, which shows an error cannot find default profile.
