Web Browsing Goes Nuts When Scan Web (http) Traffic Is Checked

When I go to the Antivirus settings and check to allow WEB HTTP TRAFFIC, websites arent rendered right at all, alot of garbage characters all over the screen and images are all screwed up.... WTF???

Anyone ever encounter this?

Clear your temporary internet files for Internet Explorer go to the tools menu,Delete Browsing History,press on the delete files ... button,confirm the message. For Firefox go to the tools menu,clear private data. Restart your browser and press on F5. See if the issue persists?
