Couple Of Issues With Antivirus Plus.

I hope I am putting this is the right place. I have installed Anti Virus plus and have had a couple of issues. It crashes when I try and scan and I keep getting BitDefender services are not responding and I have to restart my PC to get it back up and running.

Also, I use Calibre to convert PDF's but when I try and use it now, having moved from my previous AV which never gave me an issue. BitDefender sees it as malicious and blocks it loading. How can I stop it doing that? is there something I am missing in the settings?

You could always add Calibre to the exclusions list. But if you have Antivirus Plus, then you have access to premium support. Sadly, that's seems to be the #1 recommendation on these forums.
