Upload Speed Ipv6

Upload and download speeds are fine with IPv4 and also the download speed are good with IPv6 but my upload speed with IPv6 are not good less than 1 Mpbs a second. With firewall disabled IPv6 uploads are normal. I am around 11 Mpbs with my internet service.
