Help! New Purchase And Confused

I just purchased BitDefender and was notified that Identity Control needed attention. When I clicked "fix it" it asked for "rule name, rule type & rule data." I have no idea what they are talking about. I chose this virus protection because it was highly rated for ease of use now I wish I had just renewed Norton Antivirus. I am unable to register my order because there is no license key on my e-mail order receipt. I can find no way to contact the company regarding these problems. Can anyone help me?

You don't have to worry BitDefender 2008 products come with a 30 days trial key. This is only a user forum. If you receive your real license key it's very easy to register it afterwards. So the best thing is trying to contact customer care you can contact them here. Select customer care.I don't think if they are online during the week-end. Identity Control is used to prevent that some confidential information is being send trough email or the internet such as your name,address,credit card number,etc that is meant with rules that you have to create you have to press on the add button after that a wizard will open that will guide you how to create these rules.
