Screen Frozen -i Think
I bought bitdefender Windows 8 today. Said to uninstall all of Nortons files. Now the message 'the antivirus solution installed on your system is cleaning your computer' has been on screen for about 4 hours. Screen has not gone into sleep mode, I have just tried Ctr alt Delete, it did not work. Don't known if I should try turning off the laptop. Can anyone help please as I don't know if it is just taking a long time or if has frozen.
