Firewall Doesn't Block The Outgoing Connection

Bitdefender firewall doesn't block the outgoing connection .

Some programs are blocked some not.For example Videolan is blocked by firewall but Lightroom not , how is possible?

All my software are original licensed and my computer is clean / scaned with bitdefender and malwarebytes

I use : Bitdefender Windows 8 Security

Windows 8.1 / 64bit

See here and read carefully as there could be a security risk in allowing the firewall to allow VLC to connect outside your computer. If you go ahead you may have to manually allow it in both the Windows and BDW8 Security firewalls. I think VLC is not allowed by default since the connection appears to be to a HTTP url which makes it a high risk by default especially when connnecting with software on your computer in addition to your browser.
