YES. needless to say I disabled the wallet from automatically saving my credentials on the second attempt. I spoke to support chat and they have created a support ticket but I'm still waiting for a reply.0 -
UPDATE. I UN-installed BD, rebooted and reinstalled and guess what??? wallet will not automatically save my credentials now " /> I purchased BD after reading many reviews and foolishly ignoring the bad ones. I've had nothing but trouble since installing it. First all my passwords and details disappeared from my wallet, firewall wouldn't work then, it's slowing down my laptop when scanning and when I click on any of the "on off" buttons it takes at least 10/15 seconds to react. Can someone tell me if it's just me or what?? am I doing something wrong or is BD more hassle than it's worth. I've had it two days now and spent most of that time trying to get it to work normally like any internet security product. I've UN-installed it three times now and reinstalled and it's still not right. There are three or four unanswered support tickets in the system now also.

Are there NO OPINIONS on this issue from any Bitdefender techs????? I somehow lost all my log in data from wallet and no one from support seems to give a hoot. One of the reasons I chose BD over the security I had for years (without any problem) was the reviews for support were excellent. Well this is not my experience at all, this issue happened me three days ago and a support ticket was generated and a confirmation email was received but still no reply on what I'd consider a very serious breach of my security. Is there any way to check the status of a "support ticket"??????????????????

Just want to say thank you to Alexandru in support who has been helping me out with this problem via emails, which I think is the way to go for help and not via this forum. My problem hasn't been solved with chrome yet but wallet is working perfectly for me with Firefox0
