Registered 2 License Keys Add The Same Time.

Hi, I bought Asus laptop last few days and got 2 bundled license keys of Bitdefender Internet Security 2013 from the seller. Each of the keys are valid for 6 months, thus 1 year in total. I was told that there should be no problem if I register both key at the same time as the validity days will be accumulated. I added 2 keys when my trial period is still valid so I expect the total validity days to be 365 + 30 days, but Bitdefender shows me only 6 months. Please help! :wacko:

    Really? I've never had chat "ignore" me. Maybe it was just a long queue time. As for email support, that's usually the best option. I've done email support twice, and both times my problems were answered satisfactorily. Though one thing I do remember is that it took 5-7 days to get the ball rolling, and about 2-3 days for replies after that, but they will get to you, so just hang tight. Other than that, if you have any other problem, feel free to post back.
