What Is The Latest Build For Bitdefender Total Security?

I purchased BTS 2013 recently. Despite all the updating, my build # is 16.35.0.1936

Is this the latest version (as of January 10, 2014)?

I tried all the steps in

but still end up with this version above.

I had to use the uninstall tool to completely remove BTS2013. The 2014 version installed after that.

I think windows uninstall program is not enough to get rid of previous versions. By the way, what program did you use for uninstall?

Like what rickyjm said, the Windows Add/Remove programs is never enough. I personally use Revo Uninstaller Pro, but few people want to pay the subscription fee.

Like many people have mention on forums before, you usually have to run the Bitdefender Uninstall tool, like, 5 or more times to completely uninstall Bitdefender. Try doing that and see if that works. If not, you could always open an email ticket with Customer Support here:
