Not Up To Date
Unsure why the update threads are locked, forcing me to create a new thread but I have Bitdefender Internet Security. It's running on a Win8.1 x64 and Win7 SP1 x64. Neither of them is showing the latest version as per this link

Both of mine are still on: 17.23.0.996 and no amount of updating changes this. There are no errors in the log, it simply tells me it updated some files (definitions), nothing about the product upgrade/update.
On my Win8 system it updates hourly, while on the Win7 system it updates every second hour. What is required for the 17.24.x version to come through, obviously it's communicating as definitions are being updated.

Do you have the english bitdefender or another one? On the english build you are suppose to get 17.24.0.1033 because they are faster to update the build... i was with the french build and it takes a little longer0 -

Just went to help and searched update, it then linked to manual update page.

Ran the file from there and let is do it's thing, still no update.0 -
Okay. When i check in my control panel then programs i see this : 17.23.0.996 is that where your checking? to see the new build you have to righ click the little ''P'' or B down your bar near the hour and then you click ''about''

Bugger, yeah I was looking at the wrong place.
Thanks vm for your help, "about" is showing the right version is infact running.0 -
