Bd Total Security 2008 Startup Issues User Profile/network

Everyday when I start up my computer when I log into Vista bitdefender keeps asking to allow simple programs like messenger etc access everytime. I doesn't do this on a reboot only from a total shutdown and restart. This really gets anouying allowing numerious programs everyday access. I noticed it keeps changing my profile name which changes my network. Is there a setting in Vista I need to change to prevent this network change everytime I boot the computer??? Hopefully there is a simple solution to this issue any suggestions is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Hello vprfixer,

Please try this start BitDefender by right clicking on the red BitDefender icon near the system clock press on open advanced settings,navigate to the firewall section,once there press on the advanced tab and select the option apply the same (generic) profile to all new networks.
