Frozen Settings, Update Failure And On-access Scanning Disabled
Hello,
I have a big problem: my Bitdefender is not working
I started when I upgraded to the new Bitdefender (my licence expired so I renewed the licence and downloaded the new version of Bitdefender)
But since then the update always fails, I have a critical message saying on-access scanning is disabled (when I press the start it, it says: errors have not been fixed) and also I have some antivirus settings that are frozen like the on-access settings is frozen on custom (I cannot choose normal, aggressive or low) with everything disabled and the active virus control cannot be switched on.....
Well to sum up, my computer is not protected anymore...
I already tried to reboot and also uninstall/reinstall Bitdefender but it's still the same.
