Yesterday, I uninstalled bitdefender and then installed bluestacks. I can run bluestacks in first time but when I close its and started again its stuck on loading screen. Could you help me fix this?

Bluestacks says it is incompatible with BD, Bluestacks is not blocked by Bitefender therefore the problem lies at Bluestacks end, you need to contact them.
When you say you uninstalled BD, then downloaded Bluestacks, did you reinstall BD before you had the problems, have you installed another antivirus (which may be giving you the problems), and when you uninstalled BD did you do it with the uninstall tool or just via the Control Panel?
