I have BDIS 3 user license but use it only on 2 PCs in my household. Recently, my parents who live in another European country bought their first laptop. Is it all right if I install BDIS on their laptop in another country and it that way use my remaining 3rd license?

In the case that the answer is "yes", could somebody please give me a link to a download of the latest OFF-LINE BDIS' installation?
