Renewel Purchase

After several months of receiving invitations to renew my Bitdefender subscription I purchased the 169 dollar package that included installation plus anti virus and malware screening. What started out as a simple transaction became a nightmare. I called the tech services 6 times to get my new product installed with no results. Mind you I am just renewing not complaining about any technical issues..I was told I am on a waiting list..never before in my dealings with Bitdefender have I ever experienced a delay over 7 hours..got any ideas??

    You purchased the "Bitdefender Install & SetUp" service which is delivered remotely by the Tech Assist experts. As far as I can see, the service was already delivered and the Bitdefender product installed 12 days ago.


    For further Tech Assist purchases, if -for any reason- we do not get back to you in a timely manner, you can simply schedule an appointment for any time that's convenient for you from:http://www.bitdefender.com/tech-assist/ -> click on the name of your service -> scroll down to the bottom of the page -> Schedule a call.
