Switching To User Mode With Auto Mode Disabled

For few days i have been observing that my Bitdefender antivirus plus is behaving bit erratic , whenever I turn GUI on I see the protection switching to user mode , with on access scanning turned off


I request developers to lock the switching of mode by possibly a password by default . So, that the setings may not be changed by malware
