Total Security & Internet Security 2013 -- Trial

I have installed both BD Total Security 2013 & BD Internet Security 2013 trial versions. Neither will install with the Wallet module available. I had BD Internet Security 2012 installed and the Wallet module

was functional in it. So far BD customer support has been, "We'll get back to you" or not available. I have done Complete uninstalls between attempts to get a fully functional install so I can evaluate

this software. Any suggestions?

I am beginning to think Bitdefender is a waste of my time, and I mean a lot of my time.

Which browser are you using? There was a report not so long ago of Wallet not working with 64 bit versions of browsers - although I have not checked whether they do.
