Policies Fail

New to this forum - if this message does not belong here please assist with a pointer to the correct one.


We use Bit Defender integrated into N-Able - an MSP solution - and we notice on several machines intermittent messages for "start up policy failed to apply" or "failed to apply profile" etc. Some of these sites have local update servers, others rely on coming back to base.


I'm looking for any pointers on log files etc that we can review to help investigate this problem further.
