Can't Register With My License Key

hi

i have been using bitdefender for like 10 month so i upgraded my laptop to windows 8.1 now when i install antivirus plus 2014(farsi & english editions tried both) and try to register my license key i get this error that says:

The License Key Is Restricted In Your Region And Can't Be Used To Register The Product You Have Installed. Contact Support To Get Help With This Issue.

while i haven't changed my location and i still live in iran and my ip is from iran.

NOTE:It worked perfectly in the past And I Have 45 days left in my subscription.

I Also submitted a ticket.
