Password Lost!

I have lost my settings password(i mean the one that i need to put if i change something!)! I used the new uninstall tool provided by BD but nothing changed!keeps asking for password!any way to reset it?(by a tool or deleting registry files??) plz answer fast and thanks in advance!!!
