Password Lost!

I have lost my settings password(i mean the one that i need to put if i change something!)! I used the new uninstall tool provided by BD but nothing changed!keeps asking for password!any way to reset it?(by a tool or deleting registry files??) plz answer fast and thanks in advance!!!

There was another topic recently about this and it seems there are some registry entries that need removing. Contact Bitdefender using this form http://www.bitdefender.com/en/Main/contactEmail

yes i ve seen the post!i am gonna wait till late evening to see if someone answers here(some support members have a reset tool that only PM ppl!!!!"not good") and then i will contact them!
