Login Button Doesn't Work
Hi,
I just installed BitDefender today, replacing my previous AV (AVG free).
The installation went fine (AVG uninstall included), but then I noticed the "Not logged in. 29 days left" message on the UI.
I tried logging-in, but for some reason the login button just doesn't work.
Everytime I click on it I see a window appearing, then disappearing immediatly.
I tried searching for similar questions, but ddn't found anything relevant.
BTW I'm running Win7 32-bit, no special FW or anything.

I am having the exact same problem...
a small window pops up and before I can see what's in it it goes back down.
Installation went clean.
Would appreciate any ideas.

For a similar problem (LOGS button not working), another user, Naren, suggested to simply exit the interface, i.e., right-click the tray icon and select Exit, and restart it, e.g., (double) click the desktop icon Bitdefender Antivirus Free Edition. I wonder if this simple procedure would work for your problem. Is the LOGS button working for you?0 -

I've tried Naren's suggestion. It doesn't help me.
The LOGS button dosen't response too.
I'm about to abandon BitDefender, since the 30 days trial has expired & I'm not defended.0
