Free Upgrade Announcement/procedure
I followed the instructions you posted to take advantage of the free upgrade from Internet Security 2013, but my License key wasn't automatically retrieved. I entered my 2013 Internet Security key and it took, but the product registration section of My Dashboard shows a failure stating that the key has already been used. Of course I'm not to go through all this on my other computers that are running BD Internet Security until this is resolved. I entered into this upgrade hoping that it would fix the problem i was having joining an established Windows7 Home Premium (32Bit) HomeGroup. What must I do complete the upgrade/activation process?

Yep, once you have used a key it does show as being used before if you need to add it again for any reason, the attachment was because I un-installed and later re-installed BDTS. I am still using the original key so no problems.
