Rescue Usb / Cd boot_s, But Only Gibberish Is Showed

As the title mentions, i can get the rescue disk, or usb key to boot up, but after the logo is showed for few seconds i get this:

I've a custom build based on asus maximus v formula, i7 3770k,, evga gtx 690, 32gb of corsair dominator platinum, 2 ssd, 4 sata 3 hdd, a psu of 1200w, watercooled, I've tried stock clocks, no joy.0 -
