Update Error Code 2001

Hello

I have Bitdefender Total Security and the update was working very well

I recently installed a firewall (kerio Control 8) and since then I cannot update the defintions and it gives me

update encountered an error bitdefender code - 2001

Any Help would be appreciated

Why would you install another firewall? TS has its own firewall. I suspect that the new firewall is blocking Bitdefender. My advice would be to preferably remove, but at least disable, your new firewall. More than

one anti-virus program and/or firewall program running at the same time creates huge problems and will normally bog down a computer while the programs fight with each other. Also make sure that your Windows

Firewall is turned off as well. You should only have one anti-virus program and one firewall running at any time, to maximize computer performance and protection.
