Unable To Start Bitdefender Total Security.

Hi Christian,

    Hi Ting Ting, and welcome :)


    I know I'm not Christian, but he really doesn't read log files any more, Georgia is the one who pretty much covers that when needed.


    Considering you're on the 2013 version and forum, you may or may not get the quick attention your looking for, so let me see what I can do.


    According to your log file, it appears that you're dealing with "the application was unable to start correctly error 0x000007b" (see below image). This has been a issue in the past for some, and a KB article can be found here: http://www.bitdefender.com/support/how-to-...on%22-1106.html

    Otherwise, you can upgrade for free to the newest version here, which seems to have resolved that issue.


    You would first want to download your version (Total Security) from here, then use the 2013 Uninstall Tool , and install the new 2014 version.
