Bitdefender Services Are Loading, Please Wait...

Hi ,

I brought one BitDefender through some online shopping, and i installed it successfully. surprising after updating virus definition i am facing issue like failed to connect to internet. Then i observe that one text message like "Bitdefender Services Are Loading, Please Wait..." showing in system tray icon. until and unless bitDifender started successfully then i can connect to internet.It takes more than ~30 minute to start up bitDefender.

This issue only happen after i updated virus definition. Could anyone please let me know what exactly the issue is.

Hiya souvik,

It would be helpful to know which version of Bitdefender you have, where you bought it from and which OS you are using.

It may be you have a bad install, so the first thing to try is a repair, go to Control Panel>Programs and Features>Bitdefender>click uninstall and run the repair.
