How does webshield works?

If I click "I understand the risk & continue", the site is not blocked further i.e even if I restart browser or system.

And the blocked site is sometimes blocked & sometimes not.

So it seems webshield is buggy or not consistent.

I guess you didn't read my post.

I said Webshield is buggy i.e

1. Try a link that is blocked by Webshield, click "I understand the risks & continue", site will open & thats fine.

Open the site again & it is not blocked. restart browser & open the site again & it is not blocked, restart the system & open the site again & it is not blocked.

2. Try a link that is blocked by Webshield, keep trying the link few times, you will see the site is sometimes blocked & sometimes not.

Restart browser & again try the site few times, the result will be same i.e sometimes blocked & sometimes not.

Hope Realtime Protection & Active Virus Control is not buggy (A tester on malwaretips site mentioned AVC is not consistent)
