Is the Uninstall Utility Pinned here the latest?

For a tool to remove Bitdefender Antivirus Free Edition, the company provides links to two identical files with different names: Gonzales_uninstalltool.exe in this forum and BD_Free_Uninstall_Tool.exe in their main webpage. I have not seen any changes to the code. I know of no other tool for that nor I think it is needed.
