Common Files, Can I Delete/move Them?

hi, they got so big after a fresh install ! (911MB) i wouldn't have a problem if it was on my HDD
but the problem is its on my SSD , i installed Bit defender on my second drive, HDD!
after i ran weekly.exe i guess the common files appeared after that ! is there anyway i can move/delete them ! its 1GB !
btw also after runing weekly it still want me to update 198.91MB of updates ! my net is data limited ! i have to pay a lot for that !
