if bitdefender runs i can not use hotspot shield, it is blocked
i have to close bitdefender to run hotspot shield
some time my lap get restarted for no reason
is the problem with hotspot shield because it is cracked?

Downloading something via a crack is never a good idea - especially if you turn off the AV - as you never know what else is bundled in the crack. However, please send the URL to Bitdefender with the Sample & URL submit form and they will take a look, if it is clean they will unblock it.
