Incompatibility With The Third-party Product

We are the developers of the Reg Organizer system optimization utility (www.chemtable.com). Some of our users which has also Bitdefender Total Security (BTS) installed are experiencing problems as BTS does not allow our Reg

Organizer to scan the HKLM\SYSTEM registry key by blocking its process. To reproduce the problem you need to

install Reg Organizer (http://www.chemtable.com/builds/main/reg-organizer-setup.exe), select Tools -> Registry Cleanup and launch the scan. Only uninstalling BTS solves the problem. Is it possible to make changes to BTS so that it will not affect Reg Organizer? Should you need any other information regarding this issue, please let me know. You will need to contact Bitdefender to get this sorted by either sending in an email contact or supplying the sample or URL with the appropriate form. Both are listed below -

Thank you for reply. However it is not possible to submit my query using the first link you provided as I have no the registration key. The page on the second link does not accept text, only the file or url. How would you suggest to act?
