License Expired 932 Days Before?

I have purchsed bitdefender total security 2013 in oct.13.Today suddenly bitdefender shows license expired message .

As per my bitdefender account profile, still 932 days left. So please clarify what software is doing here and how to overcome it.

I have mailed bitdefender yesterday & get New Open ticket: 2014040303530001. but no reply yet.(24x7 service they claim but no reply in 24 hrs. strange isnt it?)

I also contact Bitdefenders Indian distributor Venktron, and mailed them my open ticket number and registration key and waitnig for their reply.

First time I am facing such an issue. I have quick heal AV installed in 2 other systems all for 3 years. Now their licenses are near to expire but not a single issue with them in last three years.

This time I decided to change my AV to bitdefender and get stucked in 5 months. Hope will get solution from BD quickly.

Problem Solved.........

I post a complaint to Bitdefender Customer Care and with their Indian distributor.

Now My bitdefender is working as usual though I have to keep my laptop offline for a week .
