Vsserv.exe Showing Boot Degradation In Event Viewer

This application took longer than usual to start up, resulting in a performance degradation in the system startup process:

This is he error I am receiving in Event Viewer. I just reformatted my Acer Aspire and reinstalled BitDefender Antivirus Plus. I wanted to decrease my boot time not increase it. What can be done to get rid of this error?
