Firstly it is not nice to use bad language, even though it is hashed out.
Secondly your Bitdefender window is showing that it is working correctly, however, try running a repair. Go to the Windows Control Panel > Uninstall Programs section. Click to uninstall Bitdefender and choose "Repair" from the small window.
Apart from MBAM free have you any other security products that you haven't uninstalled correctly - using their uninstall program not just the Control Panel? This can cause issues with a new AV product.0
