Can't Do A Full System Scan

Hello. Whenever I try to do a full system scan, Bitdefender says it's been added to the queue, and it shows up there, but even if I leave it for four hours it still shows nothing being scanned. I tried the "my computer" and then right click on C:\ drive method, but that too resulted in no scan actually taking place.

    Hello.I have the same problem.Click to control pannel > repaired bitdefender


    after the process if the result is:


    repair successfully > restart pc > full system scan now is possibile!


    repair is falled > restart pc > appared the ****** "repair o remove" > you click to repair> now bitdefender can be repaired > restart pc > bitdefender will return to do a full system scan without any problems!
