Please send in a contact to Bitdefender via email, the sooner you do the sooner they will send you details of how to unlock it. The USB keyboard will not work with Windows 8.

You will have to wait for Bitdefender to get back to you, they have already asked for instructions not to be shared on the open forum -

For security reasons, I kindly ask you not to send out the instructions you receive from the Bitdefender representatives to any forum poster who claims to have locked out with Bitdefender Anti-theft. Thank you for your understanding.

I can't help with a time frame, they usually will acknowledge your contact very quickly, I believe it is an automated response so you know that they have received your email.
