Security Widget Aesthetics

I have to say, while I like the fact that it's a bit smaller, the new Security Widget looks awful compared to the one in your 2013 products.

I would appreciate having the option of using the new design or the better-looking one from 2013.

Thank you,

Mark

Are you referring to the 2014 Widget or the 2015 (still in beta) Widget?

Thank you for that post Rohugh and the images. I'm referring to the 2014 Widget. See attached.

  • Thanks for sharing the widget images. I guess I won't be using it. I prefer function over form and it doesn't look useful enough. I would prefer some shortcut buttons on it still to settings, update now, reports, mybitdefender for example.

    Hiya,

Clicking the center takes you to the new GUI, clicking the number at the bottom of the widget to the events list. They are obviously catering for touch screens with both the widget and the GUI but unlike some of the Win 8 interfaces it is still very mouse friendly. :)
