Performance Issue - Internet Security 2014

Hello,

New user of bit defender I am facing very strange issue of performance since the installation.

My configuration:

Intel dual core E6550 2ghz, RAM 3Gb DDR2

Windows XP Pro SP3 - latest update included.

Internet security - Product version 17.27.0.1145 ( from Productversion.reg).

Firefox 29.0.1 or IE 8 ( a bit old, Iknow).

My internet connection is blocked some times for 20 to 40 seconds; at that time, as you can see in the attached file ( bidef.doc), there is no network traffic reported by windows or bit defender; processor is inactif at 99%, my adsl modem is also inactif.

If some of you has an idea, it will be welcome. Without any increase of perf, i will uninstall this product.

Quick question. Is there a fixed interval here? Or is it completely random. Maybe you can also try to disable Paranoid Mode.

paranoic mode is already disable. thanks for your suggestion.

thanks for your help. Modifications done, but still he same situation. Do you have a hammer ??
