Is There Firewall Apps. Manager In Bis 2014?

I just read in a Toggle Your Download Community - review that Bitdefender Antivirus Free Edition 2014 does not have a "whitelist"
Does this mean BIS 2014 also does not have a white list, ie, no Firewall >> "Application Rules" ?
I know BAV-2014 is free, but I would like to be sure BIS 2014 has not lost Application Rules
I currently have Bitdefender Internet Security 2013, paid up to May 2015, with intention to upgrade to BIS 2014 when my thread Editing Application Rules is responded to by somebody who "knows".
Would appreciate any help

Yes it has a firewall and the ability to edit Application Rules. All explained here ---> BD 2014 users guide..
