Possible False Positive Related To Our Software?

Hi there.


I'm writing to you from HomeCamera (please see http://www.homecamera.com). One of our users running BitDefender Total Security 2008 reported a "Generic.Malware.Shid.91897E72" warning on our installation software. To the best of our knowledge (yes, we DO run virus checkers, REGULARLY), there's no malware in our system.


Could you please clarify what this specific error means and whether it's related to something genuinely wrong with our system (so we can fix it asap) or whether it is a false positive?
