On Access Scanning Disabled Won't Turn On

Hello!
My name is Christian and I have had bitdefender for about a month now and I have to say its good but Just about a day ago some Reason my bitdefender got turned off and I have no clue how to turn it back on I disabled windows Defender and I tried reparing the Bitdefender in the menu but it comes up at failed and I got in to action control center and it shows both of them turned off. I tried turning it on from there and it won't work. I am running windows 8 computer.
I appreciate all feed back thank you!!

Re-boot when it asks, then install again and see if that clears it up.0
