Help! Win 8.1 Stuck In Rescue Mode

I entered the rescue mode but then when i restart my laptop it stuck in rescue mood. I tried both option shundown and reboot but it does't work it appear like this.

Black screen

Syncing all filesystems.

Disabling swap space.

Killing all process.

Terminating all process.

Unmounting all filesystems.

Shutdown in progress.

The system is going down NOW!

Sent SIGTERM to all process

Sent SIGKILL to all process

Requesting system reboot
