Rundll Startup Error. Help!

Hi,


I recently caught four Trojan Horse viruses on my computer and deleted them all using AVG Antivirus. However, every time I reboot, I keep getting a RUNDLL error message stating "C:\WINDOWS\System32\innsntfa.dll The specific file could not be found" and my computer has been running at a slow pace as a result. I've tried scanning my computer several times using SpyBot, and RegiCure, but to no avail. I then read about the HijackThis program and heard someone on here could show me the necessary steps to take once I post a log after a scan.
