Help Please!

I have had Trojan.Fakealert.PP for awhile now but I would just do a system restore and it would go away for a while, and it would always come back. It only happens when I start up firefox and it is in a owners documents named "firefox", I just want to get rid of this trojan once and for all. I have done a HijackThis log file. Please help me, as best you can.

put it in a ZIP archive, with the password infected, and attach the archive on the Sample Submission section.

After that, fix these lines:
