Hello,
Thank you for posting the link.
I would recommend restarting the computer first and see if everything gets back to normal.
If the error still persists, use the Repair feature from Start -> All Programs -> Bitdefender 2015 -> Repair or Uninstall -> choose Repair.
Please post back if you need further assistance.0 -

I have already done that multiple times restart my computer and for a minute it is fine then it enters in that mode again. I also have tried repairing it but no luck same thing happens. Also i have opened up a support ticket put haven't heard back from them.0 -

What other real-time security programs is the computer running?
if your computer came with another AV product did you use the AV manufacturers uninstall program to uninstall it? Using Windows Program Features to uninstall AV programs is problematic at best. You can find AV manfacturers uninstall programs by searching for them on the Net.
Go to the Windows Control Panel. Enter "Local Services". Click on View Local Services. Find Bitdefender and see if it has been disabled. If not and is set to manual try starting it and see what happens. If it has been disabled try enabling it. However, if you have another security program running in real-time or remnants of a previously uninstalled one you may not be able to enable BD until you do a clean uninstall of the other security program.
If you are using Windows 8.X look for Windows Defender in Local Services. Make sure it is set to Manual. If it is running try to stop it.0 -

One other thing. When I first tried to install the New BDIS on my W7-SP1 it would not install and run properly. I then uninstalled Malwarebytes Premium 2.0. After the New BDIS was running I re-installed MBAM Premium 2.0. Turning off the real-time protection in MBAM may have sufficed. Anyway no apparent conflict since including with BDIS 2015. Just thought I would mention that.0 -

What about the other points I mentioned above? Those were my initial suggestions. The MBAM one was just an afterthought since the problem only occurred with the New Bitdefender IS and not when I removed it and installed BDIS 2015 using the BDIS 2015 installer file.0 -

Bitdefender was not disabled and all other antivirus programs are off my computer. I have no clue what is causing this and still haven heard back from support.0 -
I have the same problem since today, I download from this link : http://www.downloadcrew.com/article/32226-...l_security_beta
Please uninstall it as you are currently using a beta version of Bitdefender 2015. Then, install Bitdefender Total Security 2015 with the latest kit available here:
http://download.bitdefender.com/windows/in...r_tsecurity.exe
If anyone else encounters a vsserv.exe crash please post here a support tool log to further investigate the case:
http://www.bitdefender.com/support/how-to-...t-log-1168.html
You may not be able to upload the BDSP_ log resulted on your Desktop here as it is too big so you can put it on www.sendspace.com and post the download link.
Thank you!0 -

Well i already sent mine to support team and hopefully they are working on it as we speak.0 -
I had a problem with BDIS 2015 not working properly.
A scheduled Quick Scan hung on 'httpwin.dll" for hours before I killed the scan. I then ran a manual Quck Scan and manual System Scan. Neither had a problem.
Obvsiously I will be keeping an eye on the scheduled scans going forward. The hang may have had nothing to do with the scan being scheuduled. In any case if a scan hangs again in the future I will post back.0 -
Hiya Nesivos,
The Quick Scan I ran (not scheduled) also hung on winhttp.dll for about 5 minutes but then moved on. I have also just completed a System Scan but that did not show up.0 -
Anyone have a fix yet?

Only five minutes? You must have a faster computer than I do " />0 -

Malwarebytes has NOTHING to do with it ,I've been using the two along side each other since 2014 came out.0 -

Malwarebyte Premium 2.0 prevented the installation of BDIS 2014 on my W7-SP1.
The only way I could install and do a major update to BDIS 2014 was to uninstall MBAM even with the exceptions set.
There have been numerous problems with MBAM Premium 2.0. Just go to their forum.
However, I will add that once BDIS 2014 was installed their was no problem with both of them running together, but installation of BDIS 2014 was a problem wih Malwarebyes Premium 2.0 running at least on my W7-SP10 -

Please post back the ticket ID number you received when contacting Bitdefender support to find your case and be able to help you further.

Malwarebytes, even when run in on demand scanning only - not even real time, has lost much of its compatibility with other A/Vs.
I have been unable to complete an on demand scan with Malwarebytes on PCs with latter day versions of BDIS 2014 or latterday versions of KIS 2014 installed - ditto with KIS 2015 or BDIS 2015, They have taken a new aggressive stand against PUPs. Maybe that's why it has lost much of its compatibility.
I had it n my PC for years -- but no longer. It's proving itself to be of worse than useless with another A/V installed. because it also freezes my PC when the scan stops.
I do use the new Malwarebytes Anti-Explot with BDIS with no apparent conflict or slowdown.0
